About us

Ideas born from friendship, curiosity, and a deep love for our hometown can grow into something truly unique. That’s how the dream of two couples in Ísafjörður began: to create a space where people could relax, connect with nature, and experience balance through heat and cold in one of the town’s most beautiful locations. Our passion for mindfulness, well-being, and community sparked it all. The journey has been both challenging and rewarding—building a sauna experience that brings together heat, cold, scent, and music into one nourishing whole. 

The goal is to offer both locals and visitors a new and diverse way to experience Ísafjörður and the unique natural elements that surround the town. 

Our dream is to enrich local recreation, give our town something new and beautiful, and create a place where life slows down. It doesn’t have to be complicated—just take a deep breath and experience the Westfjords with presence; we’ll take care of the rest.
